The PC Services Optimizer PRO giveaway gives you a free 1-year Professional license, and this guide shows how I installed and activated it on Windows 11, step by step, with my own screenshots.
Quick summary: this is for Windows users who want to tune background services without digging through the Windows Services list. First, download the setup, then copy the key from the box below and register.
PC Services Optimizer PRO Free License Key
Download the setup, then reveal the key and paste it into the registration window.
Registration asks for a name, your email, and the key. Because the offer page says this giveaway lasts 3 days, activate it now.
What Is PC Services Optimizer?
PC Services Optimizer, made by Smart PC Utilities, is a Windows tool that adjusts background services based on how you use your PC. SnapFiles describes it as a way to safely optimize Windows services: it analyzes your system and suggests services that can be turned off, either automatically or from a manual checklist.
The left menu in my test had four sections:
- Automatic Tune-Up: the program suggests the changes for you.
- Manual Tune-Up: you answer questions about how you use your PC, such as printer, Bluetooth, or Hyper-V use.
- Service Profiles: saved sets of service settings.
- Services Manager: a list of services with their status, startup type, and publisher.
How to Install and Activate PC Services Optimizer PRO
Follow these five steps. The screenshots are from my own test on Windows 11, and I hid my email and key in the registration screenshot. To be safe when downloading any setup, check the link first, as I explain in my guide to checking any link before you click.
Step 1: Download the Setup and Run It as Administrator
Use the download button in the box above, which opens the official download page. When the file finishes downloading, right-click it and choose Run as administrator, because the program changes Windows services.

Step 2: Finish the Setup Wizard
Follow the wizard until the last screen, then click Finish. By default, two options were ticked: view the release notes and launch the program.

Step 3: Click Register License
The welcome window offers two choices. Click Register License to use the key, or choose Continue to start the Free edition instead.

Step 4: Enter Your Name, Email, and the Key
Fill in the name, your email, and the license key from the box above, then click Register. Untick the release-news box if you do not want those emails.

Step 5: Click OK to Restart the Program
A message confirms that PC Services Optimizer Pro was activated successfully. Click OK, and the application restarts.

To confirm the license, open the About window. In my test it showed Edition: Professional and 365 days remaining, as you can see on the last slide below.
Inside the Program: My Windows 11 Test
I tested version 5.0.1682.0 (64-bit) on Windows 11 25H2, build 10.0.26200.0, on an Intel Core i3-3217U with about 4 GB of RAM. Use the left and right arrows to see the four main screens.

What Impressed Me Most
- Safety tools are visible: there is an Undo Changes button at the top, a Backup button in Services Manager, and Service Snapshots were turned on.
- Questions instead of guesses: for example, Manual Tune-Up asks about printers, scanners, Bluetooth, Hyper-V, and BitLocker, and you answer Yes or No.
- Clear tabs: System Features, Security and Privacy, Internet and Network, and Applications.
However, do not disable services blindly. First, create a backup, apply a few changes at a time, and use Undo Changes if something stops working. My test PC has about 4 GB of RAM, so if your PC is slow for the same reason, read my tips for speeding up Windows 11 on low RAM.
What’s New in Version 5.0.1682 (February 6, 2026)
These are the changes listed in the release notes for the version I downloaded:
- Languages: Simplified Chinese, Hindi, and Italian were added to the interface.
- Interface: the Flat UI framework was updated to 2.3.605.0, with many interface and dark mode fixes.
- Third-party apps: new options to optimize Windows services linked to other apps, found in the Applications tab of Manual Tune-Up.
- Service logic: the logic used to manage Windows services was improved.
- Windows 11 and Defender: better support for the latest Windows 11 versions and fewer conflicts with Windows Defender.
- Bug fix: an error that appeared when opening the service information dialog from Details in Manual Tune-Up was fixed.
Free Edition vs PRO License
According to the vendor’s documentation, the PRO edition unlocks advanced Gaming Mode optimization and third-party application service management, whereas the Free edition covers only basic automatic profiles.
Who Should Skip It
