It is a free full version with unlimited usage, not a lifetime license for updates. ASCOMP’s registration page promises “unlimited validity”, “30 days of free updates”, and “30 days of technical support”.

Our customer portal shows the same split: the full version usage period is unlimited, while Download/Update/Support runs until 2026/12/03. That is exactly 30 days after we registered on November 3, 2026. The installed program repeats it in its status bar.

We have not tested what the program does after December 3. The portal says usage is unlimited, so an installed copy should keep working. To be safe, install now and keep a copy of the installer and your customer ID, because the portal lists downloads only until the same date.

Step-by-Step: How We Claimed, Installed, and Unlocked v2.013

The whole process takes eight steps. Every screenshot below comes from our own run on November 3, 2026.

Step 1: Fill In the Registration Form

Open the registration page, enter your first name, last name, email, country, and the promo code, then click Send. The page lists the full version with unlimited validity, 30 days of updates, and 30 days of support.

Step 2: Find the Customer ID Email

An email from ASCOMP arrived at 14:08 on November 3, 2026. It contains your customer ID and the login link for the customer menu.

Step 3: Download the Full Version

Log in, open Software Licenses, and click “Download Full Version” next to Secure-PDF Professional v2.013. The same row shows the unlimited usage period and the 2026/12/03 date.

Step 4: Start the Setup Wizard

Run the installer and click Next on the welcome screen. Close other applications first, as the wizard recommends.

Step 5: Accept the License Agreement

Select “I accept the agreement” and click Next. The agreement names ASCOMP Software as the company behind Secure-PDF.

Step 6: Finish the Installation

Leave “Run Secure-PDF” ticked and click Finish.

Step 7: Unlock With the Customer ID
